Joyce Foster, M.S., CCC-SLP

Meet Joyce Foster, owner and lead speech therapist at Maui Speech and Swallow. She leads a close-knit team of speech and occupational therapists who care deeply about progress and connection. Joyce has worked across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, private clinics, and schools, supporting children, teens, and adults with a wide range of needs.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Joyce’s first love was music. A vocal injury shifted her path and introduced her to speech therapy. That personal journey shapes how she practices and leads today. She is results-driven, grounded, and believes every client’s growth is a shared success.
